While learning the fantastic game of tennis we will engage in a few fitness and cardio movements in a fun, supportive social environment.

We'll focus on serve techniques, approach shots, and court coverage that prepare you for competitive play.

Serve Sweat Saturdays

Serve & Sweat Saturdays is a two-hour community class designed for players of all levels who want to move, train, and connect. This session combines tennis drills, fitness training, and wellness-focused movement to create a fun and energizing experience on and off the court. Whether you're new to tennis or an experienced player, you'll improve your skills, break a sweat, and enjoy a supportive social atmosphere.
